- Client cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion
- Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice

6. Image Delivery & Usage
- Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Kaylarie Gallerie retains copyright to all images
Clients receive a personal-use license, meaning:
- You may share and print images for personal use
- You may not sell, edit, or use images for commercial purposes without permission
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Orders, Payments & Refunds (Products)

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount due.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Issue refunds if necessary
